Supervises the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned program area including technical work staff supervision financial and business development activities.
Systems and/or application software deployment experience preferably using Agile methodology
System/Software integration experience with planning, coordinating, testing and deployment methodologies to include best practices for projects to ensure customer systems and services are integrated and operated in the most effective way possible while satisfying stakeholder requirements.
Experience managing Integration efforts through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, etc
Experience with requirements management, readiness, risk management, configuration and data management, and scheduling management disciplines on programs and projects.
Must be an independent thinker, capable of performing high quality work, both independently and with a team, in a fast-moving environment and developing system analysis, risk analysis, and/or vulnerability assessments
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) as well as excellent organizational skills.
Develop, implement and integrate operational policies and procedures.
Participates in special projects as required.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
5+ years of relevant operations lead experience
