Contractor will work with other members of the office team to review financial disclosure forms. Contractors schedule will be 4 hours per day, with core hours between 9:00 am and 1 :00pm, Monday through Friday, except for government holidays for 1 Year. Office can be flexible on schedule. Once trained by the office, the contractor will have autonomy to review/certify the forms and interact with the filers as necessary. Please note though that the office has a strong support network available to provide thorough training to the contractor and to answer any questions. The review of financial disclosure forms is transactional. The contractor will interact with those who file the forms - typically in writing, but occasionally over the phone - to elicit more information as necessary. Strong writing and customer-service skills are necessary. The contractor will interact with all levels of the sponsor from the most junior employee to the most senior levels. No travel or physical movement is necessary to perform the work.
