Performs a variety of general administrative and operational tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of an office group or customer in a highly cleared environment.
Core hours 1000-1500. Serve as primary in screening, triaging, tracking and coordinating all actions with Corporate Action Tracking (CAT) for the Chief, Deputy Chief and CoS. Expected to review and validate articles and documents to ensure correct grammar and format and to ensure the content is clear and understandable. The SA will create a weekly highlight template and compile the information for it. The SA will run slide decks for weekly PMR meetings and may be involved in compiling and creating the slides. Facilitate meetings mostly between Reston and McLean locations. In house meetings will be coordinated between four conference rooms. Will support all actions relating to the weekly PMR. Managing one internal conference room and three external conference rooms for the Front Office staff will be a shared duty with the other SA. Article/document review and validation is an assigned duty. Review and prepare complex correspondence in accordance with Sponsor's guidelines, standard operating procedures, reports and briefings using a template. Update/maintain phone trees, and phone cards for staff and contractor personnel and pass them to appropriate groups. Manage calendars for Chief. Deputy Chief and Chief of Staff with the other AA.
