Intelligence Analyst – Supply Chain Risk Management

Active Top Secret/SCI Eligible Required 

Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as an Intelligence Analyst.  You will be supporting the people supporting some of the most complex government projects across the country.   You will be integrating into a small team of highly experience and skilled analysts with this position focusing on supply chain risk management (SCRM), evaluating various supply chain elements as it relates to Information and Communications Technology (ICT) within the program. The position provides strategic support involving but not limited to research, analysis, and production of all-source intelligence products in response to DoD acquisition requests. SCRM Analyst will develop specific assessments of threats to the supply chain of DoD acquisitions and vendors.  This is an on-site position with occasional INCONUS travel, generally no more than 5 consecutive days, may be required. A SUPPLY CHAIN RISK MANAGEMENT ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT BY: 

  • Conducting threat reviews of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and Government off-the shelf (GOTS) products.
  • Making information and research-based threat assessments of introducing new products into a network.
  • Researching new and novel ways threats can be introduced into a system through software or hardware.
  • Creating and maintain documentation for hardware and software vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
  • Drafting intelligence products and reports on threats posed to networks and systems based on specific hardware or software.
  • Conducting interagency coordination and relationship building with external partners to support deep dive research into specific products.
  • Liaising with intelligence community and partner agency supply chain communities of interest (COI) to stay abreast of developing and novel threats.
  • Creating network diagrams to visualize complex relationships between products, manufacturers, and vendors.
  • Briefing analytical findings to customers and stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: 

EducationBachelor’s degree in related field preferred

  • Required Experience:  Minimum 5 years relevant experience including conducting all-source intelligence in support of securing supply chains for secure networks and operations. Possess subject matter expertise in identifying threats and vulnerabilities to various supply chains through both open source and classified systems.
  • Required Technical Skills: Utilizing subject matter expertise to conduct open source research, tracing, determination of Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO), utilization of intelligence repositories, constructing network diagrams, and drafting sourced reports.
  • Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Highly motivated, self-starter with great communications skills; effective problem solver; ability and confidence to draw high-level assessments from research and data, accurately brief analytical findings, able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel, and industry partners; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and visual diagram creator (i.e., Visual Studios, Lucid Chart, Analytical Notebook).
