Supports a Catalog Management team with the daily upkeep and oversight of a multi-thousand part product catalog.
Oversees the daily management of the Catalog Change Tracker
Facilitates the daily maintenance of the Catalog, including but not limited to manufacturer, model, description and picture management
Executes government change requests for the catalog
Researches and resolves internal and external catalog part inquiries
Processes EOL investigations, customer notifications and requisite catalog updates
Processes Catalog Addition requests, vetting the products, sourcing the products, elevating the products for internal approvals, submitting new parts back to the government for final approvals and executing their subsequent additions to the catalog
Validates Catalog Pricing updates provided by GDIT Procurement Team
Processes Structured Report Deliverables and QACR Requirements
Reviews, validates and process Catalog Quote requests
Assists with Catalog Projects, as needed
Additional Skills / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant logistics experience or the equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Secret Clearance (or ability to get one) is required
