Supports the Taiwan E-2 Program Office (PMA-231) interactions with the Taiwan Air Force (TAF). Tasking will include but is not limited to the following:
Provide communication interface with PMA-231 and TAF E-2C Program supporting offices and commands.
Conduct supply status meetings with TAF personnel.
Maintain awareness of all problematic issues related to the TAF E-2C program support and investigate as needed problems as directed by the Program Office.
Gathers, processes, and analyzes operational data
Plans, directs and coordinates a broad variety of administrative, technical and operational functions and maintenance of the E-2 aircraft program.
Initiate action items as requested by TAF personnel.
Facilitate program office meetings and training events held in-country.
Provide program record management for historical records and documentation.
Manage and assist TAF with the Repair of Repairables program.
Provide recommendations with sustainment of aircraft
Provide recommendations with the RoR program and review turn-in letters and timely submission of carcass(s).
Coordinate the support equipment and spares shipments for TAF.
Provides support to the Taiwan Air Force in their decision making process for additional procurements and equipment upgrades to the system.
Provides supply and technical recommendations to the Kuwait Air Force in maintaining levels of equipment at the highest level of readiness
Responds to technical problems outside of scope to the technical assistance group in country, performs data reduction and analysis, systems studies and calibration requirement analysis in support of PMA231/TAF.
Address maintenance concepts and procedures, training, training equipment, support and test equipment, transportation and other program areas as required.
Identifies and recommends emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes
Provide administrative support for Program Office to include but not limited to the following tasks:
Provide action item database management.
Monitor, and manage program personnel travel requirements.
Maintain program case files.
Program Office meetings to include management of facilities and development of meeting minutes.
Provide technical and research assistance. Researching action items initiated by the Program Office and developing a resolution for presentation to TAF as directed.
Developing briefing material in support of program meetings with TAF.
Interprets policy and guidelines pertaining to supportability of the E-2 Program.
Participates in special projects as required
Bachelors degree or the equivalent experience.
10+ years of applicable experience.
