At GDIT, people are our differentiator. Our work depends on a Principal Pricing Analyst joining our team to support GDIT activities at the Westwood, MA proposal center. As a Principal Pricing Analyst, you will be trusted to perform tasks in the area of pricing without significant supervision.

In this role, a typical day will include:
Prepares complex pricing proposals in response to customer requests for proposal.
Interface with technical personnel responsible for estimates.
Work with Capture Managers in development of price strategy.
Analyze estimates of labor, material, equipment and other direct costs.
Actively participate on proposal teams for new business opportunities.
Ensure the timely generation of pricing submissions and compliance with solicitation requirements and established review / approval process.
Utilize overall knowledge of company bid-rate structure to complete assignments within tight and strict proposal schedules.
Assume responsibility for the preparation of a fully compliant and competitive cost and pricing volume, establishing and coordinating schedules, cost/price model development, and cost narrative.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience providing analysis and business solutions, and problem-solving business issues
• Advanced skills in Excel (ie. Pivot tables, V-lookups, formulas)
• Proficient in MS Word

Writes effective, clear, concise correspondence.
Interacts effectively with internal and external clients in the best interests of the corporation.
Exercises discretion and independent judgment in support of pricing matters.
