Your Role:

Are you passionate about helping organizations successfully implement strategic initiatives to advance their mission and improve their operations? Our team excels in designing strategies and implementing plans to execute and achieve operational success. We are looking for a program management/strategy consultant to develop program documents, engage with senior executives, and execute milestones to operationalize strategic goals and objectives.

  • Develop program documentation (charter, project plans, and schedules).
  • Articulate goals and objectives and effectively translate them into relevant strategies and messages, and maintain continuity of key documents supporting priorities, and strategic decisions.
  • Develop briefings and PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership and decision makers.
  • Perform a data collection methods to include visualizing data and communicating the meaning of the results to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop standard operations procedures and identify process improvements.
  • Attend integrated project team meetings, capture notes, and conduct necessary due diligence for action items.
  • Review and edit official reports, technical documents relating to messaging to the workforce.
  • Leverage best practice strategic planning principles, theories, and methodologies to advise on and guide organizational vision, organizational transformation, and change management initiatives.

You Have:

  • Prior strategy and management consulting experience.
  • Experience in PowerBI, SharePoint, MS Teams, and MS Project.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Excellent visualization skills.
  • Superior excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience as a primary author of mission and vision statements, policy or requirements statements or documents, or operating concepts.
  • Experience with creating executive communication strategies and materials, including speechwriting, presentation development, talking points, and managing strategic engagements on behalf of senior executive leaders.
  • Experience with leading and facilitating groups, making presentations, and working with senior leadership teams.
  • BA or BS degree, with 5+ years of experience. MS preferred.
  • Superior data analytical skills (data manipulation and reporting, pivot table development, and reporting).
