Our Intelligence & Homeland Security team as an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Technical Editor who will work in support of our HQ Intelligence Operations.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Perform timely and thorough review of intelligence products and official center documents and correspondence in accordance with DIA formal writing guidance
  • Organize prioritize and track the completion of their workload using SharePoint
  • Conduct grammatical, spelling, punctuation, structural, and syntax review of analytic and administrative textual content
  • Actively engage with the center workforce to provide the most current formal guidance of prevalent trends and widespread issues
  • Possess ability to track multiple products and deadlines simultaneously and solicit guidance for prioritization of their workload to meet the most pressing requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Masters degree; substitute bachelors degree with an additional 5 years experience in a related technical or military discipline will be considered
  • Masters Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience, with at least a portion of the experience in the past 2 years
  • Substitution Bachelors Degree with at least 17 years experience as a substitute to the Masters Degree will be considered
  • TS/SCI and Poly (or ability to obtain poly)


  • Possess interpersonal skills, be responsive and adapt to changing guidance, priorities, and processes
  • Formal writing experience in an academic or professional capacity
