Business Process Analyst Associate

Availability Managers for Eagle Alliance are responsible for overseeing all Eagle Alliance provided IT services, and ensuring they remain available to the client at all times. This includes desktop, server, network, telephony and cloud based services. In the circumstances where a service outage does occur it is their role to ensure service is restored as fast as possible. This is accomplished via coordinating with multiple teams to include high level briefings to client and Eagle Alliance senior leadership. That coordination combined with an intricate knowledge of the entire technology infrastructure allows for an extremely high success rate. This role requires high level, time sensitive, decision making, while supporting a high profile large Government client. Once service is restored, root cause analysis is completed, to ensure similar outages do not re-occur.
HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Coordinating with multiple teams to include high level briefings to client and Eagle Alliance senior leadership

MID Shift: Tuesday - Friday 2200 - 0800 (some Weekends and Holidays maybe required)
