GDIT – Federal Civilian Division is looking for Senior Manpower Analyst to join our team to support the U.S. Army Medical Material Development Activity (USAMMDA).

This position is a part-time/on-call position, working 100% telework, averaging 10 hours per month.

The Manpower Analyst will support the following tasks:

  • Support all aspects of management of organizational manpower documents and reports.
  • Receive, interpret, coordinate, and disseminate all guidance and policy concerning manpower management and measurement.
  • Maintain the organizational Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA).
  • Coordinate organizational reorganizations and realignments.
  • Produce reports and briefings regarding unit strength and manpower data. 
  • Complete monthly maintenance of the faces to spaces tasker and monthly strength reports to U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command and the Ft. Detrick Army Garrison. 
  • Complete Annual TDA taskers to include restructure and realignment of positions. 
  • Coordinate USAMMDA manpower studies and serve as the liaison between the USAMMDA managers and the study point of contacts. 
  • Work within the Force Management System Web (FMS Web) TDA system to pull and track the status of previous and current TDA submissions. 
  • Support manpower studies.
  • Participate in special projects as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in related field or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
  • 8+ years’ experience with at least 5 years of related manpower analyst experience with the DoD. 
  • Ability to work independently required and to proficiently gather and analyze information.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen. 
  • Ability to obtain T1 (Public Trust)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience using the FMS Web TDA system.
