GDIT is in need of a Task Management Tool (TMT) Trainer and System Administrator to support U.S. Army Europe on our EMITS Program in Wiesbaden, Germany.
The Task Management Tool (TMT) Trainer and System Administrator will train and support USAREUR-AF personnel on the Task Management Tool application. Training will be delivered to groups of users in person and/or virtually utilizing Microsoft Teams. Desk-side training will be provided to executive level staff. The TMT Trainer/Sys Admin is also responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and end-user account management need to ensure 100% uptime and availability of the tool.
Additional Job Duties:
Provide custom account management support and development of workflow routing processes to mission support owners.
Prepare, receive, process, and disseminate taskings from higher headquarters and local staff as required.
Create, enable and update TMT user accounts
Monitor TMT user account limits and manually disable accounts as needed
Provide technical support for TMT user, task and team issues
Provide user support for TMT account and system issues
Provide weekly TMT end-user training to Staff and Units
Provide advanced desk-side TMT training to Staff Action office Senior Leaders (O6/GS-15), as required.
Provide TMT Staff Routing Overview to incoming personnel during the monthly USAREUR-AF Staff Orientation Course
Maintain a roster for completed TMT training and provide metrics to the Secretary of the General Staff (SGS)
Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and how-to documentation for TMT functions
Create, update, and repair TMT route templates.
Notify customers during unexpected outages, issues and routine maintenance.
Serve as an alternate for daily server maintenance, verifying servers/services are running and checking logs, server, and the TMT platform for errors.
Basic Qualifications
Must possess a Secret Level Security Clearance
BA/BS or equivalent, 10+ years of experience and experience working in an Army Command environment as a member of the staff and, preferably, a Joint Command environment with an in-depth understanding of the staff coordination and tasking process.
Training experience across all levels of staff up to senior executive and General/Admiral level is highly desired.
Must possess a DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification at time of hire.
