Other Responsibilities include:

  • Provide vulnerability management for the IT systems environment (network, telecom, COTS and 3rd party software).
  • Document and complete the assessment, actionable items, remediation, and reconciliation items for each identified vulnerability in a project ticket within required time frames.
  • Open related tasks or deployments and oversee the change requests, including owning the presentation for the internal Change Control Board.
  • Currently application packaging technologies include but are not limited to Wise Package Studio and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Communicate with systems owners regarding actions needed to remediate vulnerability.


  • Experienced in troubleshooting and maintaining SCCM 2012 or MECM V1909 or later
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory
  • Maintaining Windows Server Images and deployment using MECM
  • Working knowledge of Group Policy Management
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2012, 2012R2, 2016
  • Understanding of registry keys
  • Utilizing MECM and WSUS for Microsoft security patches, hotfixes
  • Utilizing Wise Package Studio (or similar) or Flexara AdminStudio for UAT validation and deployment of upgrade /security updates /hotfixes to applications
  • Deployment Reporting and Remediation Analysis


  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • VMWare
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications Desired:

  • MCSE or MCSA
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations
