Minimum Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS and 10+ years experience or equivalent years of experience and education
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and eligibility to obtain a CI Poly
  • Experience in analytic techniques or tools that can be applied for multiple and diverse applications, missions, and purposes
  • Experience in understanding end-user needs and requirements to develop analytic approaches that generate relevant findings.
  • Skilled in translating complex data and analytic findings into high quality products and communicating analytic information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with analysis and technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience with Open Source GIS tools (i.e. PostGIS, QGIS, GDAL, etc.)
  • Experience with AWS, Linux, Python, SQL
  • Apply enterprise design methodology and best practices to define business, application, data, and infrastructure solution approaches, recommendations, and technical requirements
  • Work with geospatial enterprise systems and provide recommendations, considerations, and improvements in systems design, application technology, operational performance, system administration, and technology

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with containerization (docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS), ETL scheduling tools (NiFi, Airflow), using databases (Elasticsearch, Postgres, Omnisci, neo4j), open-source GIS applications (Geoserver, Mapserver, Tileserver, Openlayers, MapboxGLjs, Leaflet, Cesium, Folium).
