Job Description

The IT Support Analyst will:

  • Resolve technical problems and answer queries by telephone or ticketing system is support of internal Army customers regarding hardware, software, systems and applications.
  • Install, de-install, image, sanitize and destroy equipment.
  • Provision new equipment when replacements are requested.
  • Update and maintain necessary records and databases.
  • Alert management of recurring problems/patterns.

Qualifications:

  • AA and 3 yrs experience.  Will consider other combinations of education, years of experience and certifications.
  • Must possess Security+ CE prior to start date.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Active Passport and ability to travel (CONUS/OCONUS).  10-25%.
  • SCSM and/or Service Now experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft.
  • Operating System training required if willing to obtain Workstation Administrator accounts. Certification optional.
  • Basic knowledge of CAT6, CAT6E and Fiber termination preferred.
  • Work schedule Monday-Friday.
