This position supports 313th Training Squadron (313 TRS) ) training mission by applying instructional design methodologies to develop, deploy, instruct and maintain both traditional in-residence and online courses. The support will include state-of-the-art instructional support services that will allow the 313 TRS to achieve its mission while integrating evolving courseware design methodologies and information technologies to remain in synch with the Analysis 200/300 evolving concept of operations.
Provide subject matter expertise regarding Analysis 200 and Analysis 300 training products and instruction methods in order to provide the student-base the most realistic and relevant training.
Provide the following support: in-residence and online academic classroom instruction, performance tests, written tests, special instruction assistance, “hands-on” application/lab instruction, appraisals, simulation/exercise events, student feedback surveys, and student training status updates.
Provide scenario development expertise to create an operationally relevant active learning environment
Become Defense Intelligence Agency adjunct faculty qualified to teach in critical thinking or communications courses
Adult learning skills; teamwork, creativity and an understanding of the military training environment would also be helpful.
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Minimum 6 years experience is required
Bachelors degree or relevant work experience Masters Degree and 10 or more years of intel experience preferred
Operational experience working as an Air Force intelligence analyst
Thorough understanding of AETC learning processes and courseware development methods
Must be comfortable speaking to large groups
Strong organization skills; must be able to keep multiple projects separate and several components within the same project straight.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
