This position can be located at Tyndall AFB, FL, Eastern Air Defense Sector (EADS); Rome, NY or the Western Air Defense Sector (WADS); McChord AFB, WA. However, the position will provide assistance to all the locations for enterprise configuration standardization, and best practices of Command, Control, Communications, and Computer (C4) systems and networks and must be able to travel to any location if needed. Whichever site the contractor is bases out of, he or she will travel for 1 week per quarter to one of the other sites for oversight, training, and environment health checks. At a minimum 4 weeks of travel a year. This is in addition to any possible onsite maintenance / troubleshooting that may be needed. The contractor shall provide systems engineering, design, and technical support as required for the design, development, analysis and support of IT solutions for information and data sharing, C4/Cybersecurity capacity development, and knowledge management. This includes project planning, design, analysis, troubleshooting, installation, retrofit, maintenance, hardware/software interoperability, test and evaluation, and independent verification/validation for products developed by other manufacturers or contractors. The contractor shall also provide for system sustainment, training, and documentation of the systems or networks fielded. Serves as the Continental United States (CONUS) North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Region (CONR) technical POC for IT modernization activities.

Manage vendor tickets at a high level for all locations
Track IAVAs and System Upgrades to develop plans for unified upgrade across locations
Develop Standard Operating Procedures
Provide input for training plans
Support ASI windows
Continually optimize the systems
Be forward thinking for system improvement.
DoD Security Clearance: Secret
Security+CE (or similar to meet DoD 8570 requirements)
Ability to travel 1 week a quarter (1 site per quarter) with the possibility to travel on site in the event of emergency assistance
Nutanix Hyper-converged platform experience
Horizon 8 and vSphere 7 experience
Plans and Programs experience to include project plans and POA&Ms
Experience in producing Independent Government Estimates (IGEs) and developing Statements Of Work (SOW) for new solutions
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams and management staff
Education and Experience: BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience
Security Clearance: Secret required
