Calendar management for four senior executives. Vet and screen unscheduled visitors, field phone calls and emails. Pass clearances and manage the nuances of Principals identity requirements. Schedule conference rooms, VTC meeting and or training sessions. Review documents for grammar, spelling, and utilize written communication skills to edit documents. Develop, update, and implement SOPs. Travel support to include vouchers, transportation (ground). Onboard/offboard new and departing officers by submitting access requests. Manage weekly duty roster and maintain phone tree. Serve as vault custodian and pass clearances. Work with minimal supervision and provide assistant when required for special events, Assist with consolidation of inputs and creation of briefings to support leadership meetings. Order office supplies and coordinate equipment repairs,
