The AA must be able to take initiative for tasks, be effective when working individually and also contribute in our team environment. The AA will be expected to have strong interpersonal skills, to be able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing and to be well-organized. No briefings or presentations are required from an AA in this position. Knowledge of updating the mission center website and knowledge and understanding of SharePoint is desired. Medium to High ability to prioritize officers calendars is desired. As a part of our administrative and support team, we will look to you to contribute to office activities and help your teammates in a variety of ad-hoc ways. Arrival time will be between 0700-0900 and departure between 1600-1730. This position requires a standard schedule consisting of 8 hour workdays 5 days a week. There will be opportunity for some overtime, if desired. No lifting, or moving of heavy items is required with this position. No TDYs or travel to other locations is required. You will be working full-time in our McLean office space.
