This program support position is responsible for a wide range of responsibilities.  Key areas of focus are; QA and QC of program documentation, Invoice support and portfolio support for business development activities and requests.  As the program is changing its way of doing business, Waterfall to Scaled Agile, we are in need of a patient and flexible professional that is willing to work hard and know that ad-hoc requests are expected.  In return this position reports directly to the Program Manager and career growth with exposure to many things can be expected for the right candidate.  Job responsibilities are as follows:

-Update/Review program management deliverables including Weekly Activity Reports and Monthly Status Report, monthly timekeeping logs and invoices.

-Maintain project plans and related process artifacts.

-Perform program configuration management responsibilities including assigning document control numbers, tracking deliverable status.

-Maintain program deliverables and artifacts in the program library.

-Perform technical editing for engineering documentation.

-Mentor engineers on writing documentation.

-Manage peer reviews for program deliverables.

-Perform quality reviews for program deliverables.

-Assist with Invoice analysis, creation, and cross-check across several programs.

-Support the program manager’s business development/proposal activities and respond to past performance requests from other groups.

-Support miscellaneous requests from the program manager

BS in Business or BBA is preferred along with exposure to an Agile program.  However, experience can replace the academic requirement.  DoD Secret preferred.
