GDIT is seeking a PRISM analyst to provide support to the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE 's) Office of Corporate Information Systems Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services of their Corporate Business Systems (CBSOM). In this position staff will provides expertise in supporting identification and resolution of trouble tickets requests in Unison PRISM. They will receive tickets, support end user community with problem identification, cause investigation, issue analysis and resolution recommendation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS Degree or 4 years relevant experience, 2+ years of experience with Unison/Compusearch PRISM software. They must have the ability to understand Federal acquisition processes and applies them to user issues in identifying, analyzing and resolving user issues.

The likely salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
