As a .NET Software Developer the SEC Services Directorate is responsible for the maintenance and sustainment of business applications used within CECOM and SEC and customer applications for outside organizations - including Army Materiel Command (AMC), Department of the Army (DA), Department of Defense (DoD), and other Government agencies. The Software Engineer provides:
Works as a part of an Agile software team utilizing the Scrum framework, providing secure and efficient code to turn customer vision into reality.
Design, develop, implement, and maintain software systems, including application software, utility software, development software, and diagnostic software.
Design, develop, document and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software applications.
Formulate and analyze software requirements.
Work with analysts to understand interface requirements.
Maintains software for a variety of supported business applications.
Performs technical troubleshooting to find and resolve application defects.
Utilizes work-tracking software such as Team Foundation Server (TFS), Azure DevOps (ADO), or JIRA to assist in team workflow planning.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline is required.
IA Technical Level: IAT-1
Security Clearance – Secret
Experience with Microsoft Azure
Experience with Agile Software Development Methodology, specifically SCRUM and KANBAN frameworks.
5 years of relevant experience.
