At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As the Program Manager you will be trusted with the overall responsibility for the contract. Ensuring completion of all reports, deliverables, compliance, overseeing the planning Sprint organization and implementation, and managing staffing and budget.
Required Skills / Experience:
Experience managing large cross domain projects that include engineering, operations, development, testing, and transition activities.
Experience planning and executing the transition of Enterprise Cross Domain Services (ECDS) capabilities between technologies and version upgrades within Joint Intelligence Enterprise (JIE) and Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE).
Experience managing deployment of ECDS capabilities.
Experience serving as an Enterprise Cross Domain Service Provider.
Proven experience providing management oversight for cross-domain capabilities: the cross-domain platform, Radiant Mercury, ISSE Guard, High Speed Guard, OWL ECDS solutions, and Voice & Video Cross Domain Solution (V2CDS).
Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project software development methodologies; requirement analysis, design, IT Project management, system security training and support.
Strong technical background with the customization of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products, software development and testing and familiarity with database and Federal Risk and Authorization management Program (FedRAMP) Cloud based applications.
Experience delivering technology solution through researching, planning, communicating and coordinating across an IT team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to non technical staff.
Five year’s experience working as a Program Manager.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer or Information Science.
Program Management Certified (PMP).
Active TS/SCI, candidate must be willing and able to attain a CI polygraph.
