Our work depends on Technical Lead joining our team rapidly implement technology product solutions for end user services to improve End User Services (EUS), including providing technical support services for the development, enhancement, security, maintenance and day-to-day operations of Microsoft Office 365 cloud, OpenText facsimile, and mobile device management software hosted in the cloud and on-premise datacenters.

HOW JOB TITLE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Provide review and refinement of the EUS capabilities, transition and migration plans from existing applications and infrastructure, requirements, priorities, designs and development plans for next generation initiatives for enablement of Microsoft Software.
  • Designs and defines system architecture. Coordinates system development to include design, modeling, security, integration, and formal testing. Provide review and refinement of the EUS capabilities, transition and migration plans from existing applications and infrastructure, requirements, priorities, designs and development plans for next generation initiatives
  • Utilize Agile processes, procedures, and ceremonies to empower daily work and ensure business value is delivered without introducing operational or executional risk.
  • Act as an advisor in our ongoing collaboration between business and technical resources.
  • Leads teams providing continual maintenance and provides highly complex solutions for security, backup, and redundancy problems. Coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

● Required Experience: 5+ years of experience

●Education: BA/BS in Computer Science or Engineering degree (or 4 additional years of work experience in lieu of degree). 

● Required Technical Skills:

  • Experience managing Office 365 in an environment of 5,000+ users
  • Experience managing a mobile device management solution (e.g., MS Intune, VMWare Workspace ONE, MobileIron, etc)
  • Managing Office365 with MS Security Tool Sets (e.g. MS Office365 Azure Identity Protection, Microsoft Defender, MS Office365 Threat Protection and Management, etc)

● Security Clearance Level: Ability to pass a government security investigation for Public Trust.

● Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to rapidly prioritize competing requirements.
  • Ability to understand and simplify customer requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills with the ability to communicate customer feedback to technical and design leads
  • Communicating technical concepts/status to a less/non-technical audience (for the purpose of contributing to regular reports/deliverables)
  • Proven knowledge of managing Agile Software Development efforts.
  • Technical team leadership.

● Preferred Skills:

  • Technical Certification(s) Relevant to the Role such as ITIL Foundations, MS Azure Fundamentals, CISSP/Sec+, and/or SAFe Agilist

● Location: Remote, with occasional visits to Manassas, VA and Washington, DC area customer sites and Data Centers.

The likely salary range for this position is $104,000 - $156,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
