Overall Program tasks are expected to include: (1) Call Center Management Support; (2) Business Systems Support; (3) Level I Customer Support; (4) Quality Assurance Support; (5) Provide Call Center Reports Reporting Support, and (6) Chatbot Support.

All positions require a minimum of either Public Trust or EoD.

We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

Information Engineer

Quality Assurance

Operations Manager
