Our work depends on a Software Developer joining our team to support customer activities in Chantilly, VA.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 10 years of relevant experience
  • Technical skills
  • TS/SCI with poly

Required skills and demonstrated experience:

  • Design and develop tools that integrate with commercial applications.
  • Design and develop database management systems, data manipulation techniques and data visualization techniques.
  • Design, develop, and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequence of design.
  • Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
  • Conduct trial runs of program and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct.
  • Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instruction so others can understand the program.
  • Write, analyze, review, and rewrite programs, using workflow charts and diagrams, and apply knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic.
  • Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review work and activities of developer personnel.
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications within the cloud environment.

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in development with of HTML5/XML/CSS/JAVA/JavaScript.
  • Demonstrated experience with rapid prototyping development and Agile development methodology.
  • Demonstrated experience developing innovative analytical solutions.
  • Demonstrated enterprise development experience with Java-based technologies.
  • Demonstrated research and development experience with details on progression of ideas to production systems.
