The Intelligence and Homeland Security (IHS) Group has a career opening on our contract for a Program Manager to deliver information assurance, program, technical evaluation advice and consulting services, and independent verification and validation of security services.

The Information Security Program manager will work collaboratively with senior leadership, management, and project managers to deliver information security and cyber support as a managed service.  Deliver services such as information security program and project management, information security engineering administration, cybersecurity, litigation support services, records management, and communications security.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Manage and enhance information assurance and cybersecurity programs
  • Expert with a high level of analytical ability where problems are typically unusual and difficult to gather and interpret complex qualitative and quantitative data
  • Maintain a working knowledge of cyber security principles and elements
  • Report business-relevant metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Information Security Program

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in information security or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience leading teams of technical resources in diverse disciplines is required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Information security certifications such as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional Certification (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager Certification (CISM)
  • Have the ability to handle multiple projects.  Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals.  This is a high responsibility position that requires both quantitative and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff
  • Ability to think and act strategically and proactively
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Information Security Program Manager experience
  • Prior experience in Executive Branch
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Leadership experience in 24X7X365 global or enterprise operations
  • Experience managing or utilizing the RMF
  • Experience with A&As
  • Experience with Incident response & recovery
  • Working knowledge of the FRA
