The successful project manager will support the management and coordination of multiple intermediate and large scale technical collection platforms that involve direct coordination with numerous elements throughout the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense as well as commercial entities and human assets. These collection systems are intended to clandestinely access target communications systems and networks to support local and national intelligence collection requirements. Management support and coordination shall be performed at all levels of the engineering process including requirements development, preliminary and final design, design reviews, integration and testing as well as the operational deployment and field maintenance of the systems.
10+ years direct experience OCONUS and CONUS supporting clandestine operations and teams on Sponsor projects
Minimum of 7 years of experience participating in the deployment of one or more Clandestine collection systems that provided actionable intelligence to the US SIGINT system
Possess in–depth knowledge of the IC SIGINT system, to include its processes, structures and operation
Demonstrated experience working clandestine SIGINT operations with liaison and unilaterally
Demonstrated experience conducting or supporting commercial access operations
Minimum of 7 years of experience with customer operational cable writing and correspondence
Extensive experience in design, development, testing and deployment of SIGINT platforms
Demonstrated experience supporting the planning coordination, deployment and maintenance of customer operations
