Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures.
Gathers, collects, records, tracks, verifies, and analyzes data and information from multiple sources.
May prepare project schedules and statistical reports as required.
Performs a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative responsibilities including facilities, logistics, and day-today
activities such as budgeting, reporting, estimating, analysis and facilities coordination.
May compile various contract, program, and financial data for use in the preparation of reports, such as monthly status reports.
May assists in establishing budgets and schedules, monitoring performance against plan, and provides status reporting.
Emphasis is on day-to-day administration, planning and tracking.
May maintain financial databases, analyze data, and develop reports.
May participate in budget preparation and monitor expenses.
May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.
May serve as a team or task leader. (Not a people manager)
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience
