General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking an Information Security Analyst to support development and testing of an Air Support Operations Center (ASOC)/Tactical Operations Center (TOC) Command and Control (C2) application.

The software solution provides capabilities for data communications, targeting, and battlespace awareness supporting Tactical Air Control Party (TACP), TOC, and ASOC digitally aided C2 and Close Air Support (CAS) operations. The position offers the opportunity to provide information security analysis within an established architecture for users that truly make a difference.

The tailored Agile DevSecOps software development process uses two week sprints, includes features of Scrum and Kanban, and leverages a CI pipeline. Candidates are expected to work with government stakeholders and the internal development team to ensure cyber security needs of the developed system are met, including application of Risk Management Framework and identified STIGs. Qualified candidates will work with stakeholders to streamline the ATO process.

Candidates must possess 8570 IAM II: CISSP certification and must be familiar with:

  • Risk Management Framework

  • Vulnerability mitigation

  • Static code analysis

  • STIGs and SCAP scans

  • POAMs

BS Degree + 5+ years of experience in Information security
