WRAPS is a web-based case management system and reporting tool that assists in managing refugee processing activities. The Functional Analyst I work within and across collaborative environments both internally and externally to train users and to document stakeholder policy, procedures, processes and needs.Responsibilities:
  • Analyzes user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects.
  • Utilizes moderately complex modeling and measuring techniques.
  • Conducts functional testing of various projects or systems.
  • Researches, identifies, and assists in the formulation of recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion.
  • Participates in the development of new functionality or updates the existing, to meet client needs.
  • Writes and updates project documentation including procedures and training materials.
  • Performs functional allocations to identify tasks and their inter-relationships.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of experience

This position requires being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by December 8, 2021 or the start date, if after December 8.
