Leads on-site and remote monitoring reviews to ascertain recipient compliance with program requirements and collect data on programmatic outcomes.
Conduct individual and/or group interviews with recipient staff, program participants, and external stakeholders regarding program administration, operations, quality of services, and program outcomes.
Review program data, including recipient program documentation, pre-monitoring questionnaires, and client case files, to determine compliance with grant requirements and government agency specific policies and procedures.
Identify any potential promising practices and technical assistance needs.
Advise recipient and client staff of preliminary monitoring findings.
Author monitoring reports containing in-depth analyses and assessments of findings.
Update monitoring tools, as needed.
Serves as a liaison to program staff on issues related to monitoring and data analysis.
Provides training or guidance on selected monitoring and evaluation-related topics for team members and client staff, as needed.
Participates in meetings and assists with additional projects, as needed.
Requires BS/BA degree with at least 4 years of M&E experience. Advanced degree preferred.
Exceptional analytical skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office.
Experience working with refugees/immigrants and with state or local refugee programs.
Ability to travel domestically up to 30% of the time.Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
The likely salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
