Serve as the Scrum Master – track backlog of tasks, ensure on task with sprints, organize sprint planning meetings for business re-engineering application effort – for multiple development teams.
Facilitate/coordinate requirement gathering sessions with partners, Client Stakeholders; prepare high-level requirements for the extended team
Review and remove roadblocks to ensure timelines and deliverables are on target
Ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner (aligned with sprints)
Use VersionOne to track status updates and create status reports
Create Portfolios/Stories/Tasks in VersionOne
Monitor team progress
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as planning, reviewing, retrospectives and daily stand-ups – to include task estimation, roadblock removal
Conduct resource planning and scheduling
Utilize tools, such as VersionOne to facilitate Agile ceremonies, including: iteration planning, backlog grooming, daily stand ups, sprint retrospectives, and status reporting
Utilize tools and reports, such as VersionOne to collect, develop and analyze Agile data and metrics
Maintain and administer Confluence and monitor documentation
Prepare report for/attend weekly client meetings with customer and Program Stakeholders
Create and track QA reports; Review and ensure thorough and appropriate upkeep of test cases and reports
Identify differences in understanding issues as they occur; work with the team to problem-solve or escalate to management if needed
Utilize data from retrospectives and other agile metrics to coach and to recommend continuous improvements
Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised with an emphasis on problem solving
Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team
Writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals, system documentation, and training materials
Required Skills and Experience
BS and 8+ years business analyst experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience using and Agile lifecycle management and support tools (VersionOne a plus)
Experience creating user stories
Experience working in Agile software development, preferably functioning as a Scrum Master
Knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflow
Experience creating diagrams for business process flows
Must have US Citizenship or permanent residency and ability to pass a background check to be considered for this position
Desired Skills and Experience
Agile certification such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred
Experience on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.)
Well versed in a variety of Agile approaches (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
Experience building budget / financial systems

The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days.
