Responsible for supporting all aspects of program/project management involving planning, developing, organizing, coordinating and conducting ATO organizational activities to ensure FAA operational policies, processes and program elements are integrated and documented. This support includes any and all program management related tasks and deliverables. Exceptional oral and written communication, organizational, critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions skills are essential.
Typically supervises assigned staff, may include subordinate supervisors and managers.
Develops technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.
May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks.
Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.
Manages risk tracking process.
Attends customer meetings and serves as primary client liaison.
Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
Participates in special projects as required.
Reviews future project requirements and develops strategies for future work.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of related work experience
