Provide DODAAC coordination at Camp Arifjan for theater support with add, deletion, dormant, realignment, and SPT RIC DODAAC modifications
Review position templates and make ZA3, ZA1, B290, and BZ90 relationship recommendations.
Review load files and help review desk tickets for accuracy.
Use automated management tools to create and maintain a list of DODAACs that need to be flagged and/or deleted at the CTASC for internal and external customers.
Maintain a daily comprehensive database for all DODAACs utilized in Theater.
Coordinate with USARCENT for lines of accounting once DODAACs have been established and aligned for deployment operations.
Instruct GCSS-A users with the proper actions needed to sterilize DODAACs for units leaving theater and to coordinate with UARCENT for LOA removal and LOGSA PSC to have DODAAC set to Sierra Army Depot.
Prepare draft plans, orders, and standard operating procedures to implement DODAAC policies throughout the Theater.
Work will be performed IAW AR 710-2 (Supply Policy Below National Level), DA PAM 710-2-1 (Unit Supply System), AR 735-5 (Property Policies and Procedures Accountability), AR 220-1 (Unit Status Reporting) and GCSS-Army End User Manual Plus (EUM+).

Assist in the support units during conversion to Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-Army) Wave 2 by providing technical support and oversight vital to the successful deployment of GCSS-Army Wave 2. Provide material management support during the integration of GCSS-Army in CENTCOM Theater. Have continuous visibility and knowledge of all units entering and exiting the AOR and provide reports as required on all aspects of GCSS-Army Wave 2 implementation during the fielding process.
Provide training, oversight, and technical support for incoming and outgoing units within the CENTCOM AOR on GCSS-Army.
Participate in organization change management and planning meetings, monitor and report the status of unit pre-conversion data cleansing efforts, ensure the Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) property book and all versions of Standard Army Maintenance System- Enhanced (SAMS-E) and unit supply records match the information on the property book.
Contractor is also responsible but not limited to tracking the status and providing assistance of the SAMS-E data validation against Property Book and MTOE, MMDF and table B2
configuration validation, the removal of erroneous equipment, assisting operators with input of missing equipment, correct corrupted work orders / part DOC / faults, repair service data, run adhoc reports to validate missing critical data input, merge predefined tasks and projected man-hours
IAW MAC table to accommodate on-hand assigned equipment, merge and separate UICs as required, check list of items to be validated and corrected by the user and provide a final analysis of errors found and repaired along with unit responsible corrections.
Provide continuous visibility and material management on all aspects of GCSS-A following the Wave 2 conversion, implementation and fielding process.
Provide a daily CENTCOM Materiel Readiness report for the theater and weekly equipment readiness charts for the Commander’s top 20 and any other requested equipment/fleet within the CENTCOM AOR, using Business Intelligence reports available within GCSS-Army.
Establish contact with Field Service Representatives, Logistics Assistance Representatives, and The Defense Logistics Agency to gather information on issues influencing readiness.
Attend, on a weekly basis, all meetings requiring a Material Readiness representative. The primary purpose for these meetings is to discuss or present equipment readiness or maintenance status, but may include GCSS-A sustainment topics or reoccurring logistics updates to the chain of command.
Provide oversight of maintenance issues impacting force readiness. Assist in determining requirements and maintenance capabilities for supported units of the command, conduct theater maintenance trend analysis, and identify equipment maintenance issues. Coordinate resolution with the appropriate elements.
Provide platform instruction and over the shoulder training including but not limited to, GCSS-A Plant Maintenance, GCSS-A Unit Supply, GCSS-A Property Book, GCSS-A-Retail Supply, GCSS-A FINANCE, GCSS-A Structure, and relationships.
Maintain course scheduling, student registration, and providing deliverables in accordance with the GCSS-A Cell OIC instructions.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience with supply management at battalion level or above.
- Comprehensive working knowledge and experience of Windows based Microsoft Office product suite. Highly recommend that applicants have a CASCOM Instructor Certification for GCSS-A.
- Detailed understanding of the Army Supply System, with an emphasis on Class IX; experience as a senior logistician, proficient with ULLS-A (E) and GCSS-Army at the Sustainment Brigade level or higher; has working knowledge of NET TERM. Comprehensive working knowledge and experience in AESIP’s customer data DODAAC processing. Applicant will have an understanding of add, deletion, dormant, realignment, and SPT RIC processes.
- Detailed understanding of the GCSS-A functional areas: property book, personnel and structure, finance, retail supply, unit supply and maintenance. Applicant must have and understanding of ZA3, ZA1, B290, and BZ90 relationships and how they affect associated units within their structure.
- Ability to work with and in a team environment, have effective communication skills, both verbal, and written and the ability to produce strategic and executive level briefings. Briefing senior level audiences is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in the Business Management, Logistics Management, or related field. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of senior level Army Maintenance and Supply Management experience.
- TSC/ESC level experience as an Army Maintenance and Supply Manager of wheel and track vehicles to include all associated weapon systems and electronic enablers. Position requires proficiency with Microsoft Power Point, and Excel.
- Working knowledge of LIW, ILAP, GCSS-A, and thorough understanding of ESR reports.
- Have in depth knowledge of Army STAMIS systems including:
a. Standard Army Maintenance System-Enhanced (SAMS-E)
b. Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE)
c. Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-Army)
Familiar with the following systems:
a. Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP)
b. Enterprise Data Management Office (EDMO)
c. Army Personnel Systems

- Must have a DoD Secret Clearance

- Must be able to pass latest CENTCOM Medical Standards

- Must be able to obtain/maintain a Kuwait Residency Visa
