Generate and verify creation of standard and ad-hoc reports for management and ED customer relating to all functional areas of NSLDS.
2- 5 years hands on experience with Federal Title IV program such Direct Loans, Perkins, Pell and Grants.
Familiar with SQL.
Analyze business requirements/problems, find innovative solutions for improved business and operational performance, including but not limited to NSLDS User Customer Support, subject area of financial aid operations (such as data reporting, transfer student monitoring, report development or enrollment status reporting), and Training
Work with Development team and ED to formulate requirements, review design, assist with business function testing for task order work to enhance the system, improve service, and increase efficiencies
Create external business communications documents such as newsletters, technical updates, user guides, web messages to assist users, provide functionality changes, and explain enhancements
Assist ED with product specific inquiries, query assistance to retrieve appropriate date, and create training and presentations
Provide third-level support for NSLDS Customer Support Center including evaluating potential issues and finding resolutions
Perform a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
Interact regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements
Participates in special projects as required

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
2-5 years of related business analysis experience.
