Overview: Help identify and define high-level functional and technical requirements to determine appropriate service solutions. Stay abreast of industry best practices, manage SLAs and KPIs. Collaborate with service owners, product and engineering and QA teams to improve key operational metrics. Identify emerging risk areas and work with product and engineering teams to mitigate them on time. Maintain high level service quality and performance.
Experience with Splunk, Zscaler, and RedSeal
Experience performing security monitoring
Experience performing signature tuning
Experience analyzing PCAP
Strong understanding of the Cyber Kill Chain
Experience drafting analysis reports and briefings tailored appropriately for executive or technical audiences
Good oral and written communication skills
Desired strong understanding of FISMA and the Risk Management Framework
Desired experience performing incident response
Desired experience performing malware analysis
7 years of related Cyber Security experience
