GDIT is a leading cybersecurity solutions provider to the federal government.  We have an immediate need for a Commercial Solutions for Classified Systems (CSfC) Active Directory Administrator to support our Department of State customer. This position will provide technical expertise as part of a team of highly skill administrators to ensure continued operation of critical services for this CSfC system.

Responsibilities:

  • Deployment, installation, and configuration of Active Directory servers
  • Ensure availability of Active Directory services through monitoring for any performance and connection issues and taking immediate action for resolution
  • Manage Active Directory Forest in compliance with Department of State
  • Implement and document changes to AD schema
  • Research and implement remediation for detected vulnerabilities
  • Work as part of a team to provide advanced troubleshooting
  • Performing backup and restoration procedures for Active Directory for Continuity of Operations and Disaster Recovery
  • Document new system components, or modifications to existing components

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher and minimum 2-4 years of experience working with server/application virtualization on an enterprise level
  • User provisioning, authentication, and access control
  • Experience working within the parameters detailed via DISA STIGs, Department of State Security Configuration Guides or other Federal Hardening Guides.
  • Strict attention to detail; Adherence to rigid guidelines and processes; Ability to validate, update and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Minimum of active interim Secret clearance and ability to obtain up to a TS.

Desired Qualifications:

  • U.S. Department of State experience
