This position is in support of GDIT’s contract with U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Corporate Business Systems to provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services of their Corporate Business Systems (CBSOM). Services include support of various business applications for financial management, acquisitions, and budget management, business analytics, and robotic process automation (RPA), database management, cyber security, Tier 1 help desk, and task order management. Services on this single award, blanket purchase agreement which has a Period of Performance through early 2028 will be performed at the DOE office located at 20300 Century Boulevard, Germantown, MD, 20874 (currently remote due to COVID-19).
The Program Manager will apply methods and maintain tools to track program, project, and task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance data. In addition, the candidate will be expected to provide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative and graphic forms. The candidate will support all facets of contract administration and delivery including financials, monthly corporate reporting, subcontractor management, staffing, timesheets, invoicing, and documentation required by the company and DOE. Further, the candidate will support financial reporting components of the program to include capturing and maintaining quantity-based statistics to maintain forecasting and actuals, and generation of monthly invoices. Tasks may include planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing out small and large-scale projects in support of the department’s mission. The candidate will interact extensively with DOE business stakeholders, DOE line of business leadership, DOE system/product owners, and the COR, and is expected to document and resolve any issues that arise.
