Health Education Program Analyst

GDIT's Military Health Team us hiring a Clinical Education Program Analyst to support the Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellent (TBI CoE) located at HQ in Silver Spring, MD.

TBI CoE promotes state-of-the-science traumatic brain injury care from point-of-injury to reintegration for service members, veterans and their families. Our goal is to help the Defense Health Agency provide optimal patient outcomes, leading to a medically ready and a ready medical force.

Position Summary:

The Clinical Education Program Analyst will provide support to the Dissemination Project Coordinator and the lead of the Education Branch. They will be responsible for assisting in developing, maintaining and distributing the program’s Standard Operating Procedures and product development and revision plans.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provides administrative and management support to the Education Branch
• Responsible for assisting in the developing, maintaining and distributing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Develop product analysis plans and completes literature and environmental scans as appropriate and directed by Education leadership.
• Identifies gaps in products and works with the educational product team to produce education product recommendation reports.
• Ensures data quality and statistic management of data.
• Performs literature reviews related to emerging science in the field of patient and provider education.
• Independently generates reports and briefings as requested by leadership. Provides analytical support for the TBICOE program.
• Facilitates the collection of quality data from various agencies.
• Coordinates meetings as needed, with the Service POCs and other agencies for TBI.

What You'll Need (required):

• Master’s Degree in administration, planning or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience within the DoD/VA systems of care required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Must be proficient with a multitude of Windows based, email and internet computer applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills required.
• Demonstrates accountability for practice through planned and continuous professional growth.
• S/he must adhere to legal, professional and ethical codes with respect to confidentiality and privacy.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain/ maintain a T3, public trust.

What Would Be Even Better (preferred):

• 3 years of program management experience preferred.
• 3 years of experience implementing and administering a health program preferred.
