Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day fulfillment of assigned program’s customer orders from order receipt through delivery.

General Program Support

  • Analyzes standard contractual documents, customer usage data, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional groups to process all customer orders within contractual requirements
  • Monitors open orders to ensure that older orders are being prioritized through the entire order cycle (from customer order receipt through complete order shipment and fulfillment)
  • Ensure order management system is updated timely and orders are closed to allow for quick vendor payment and customer invoicing
  • Track and monitor backorders to expedite fulfillment where able
  • Collects delivery information from a variety of sources to elevate urgent items to warehouse operations 
  • Coordinate with Procurement Team to ensure stock is delivered on schedule
  • Identify alternate sources of supply to meet customer requirements
  • Develops logistics plans to enhance distribution of goods and supplies.
  • Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
  • Participates in special projects as required.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required with a concentration in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Operations preferred.  Military experience will be considered. 
  • Two (2) years’ experience in customer order management and/or customer service
  • Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous experience in coordinating customer accounts and sales orders
  • Previous experience utilizing ERP and WMS applications preferred
  • Candidate must be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and someone who takes initiative with minimal supervision.
