Core hours 0900-1530. The AA must be comfortable working in a fast-paced front office environment as part of a team. The candidate will interact with other administrative support teams regularly, including those that support the branch and other front offices and community components. Core hours are 0900-1530, and the candidate is expected to work a regular 40-hour schedule (8 hours per day, M-F). The AA will provide primary administrative support to the executive director and staff and will provide backup support for other office leadership and two additional senior officers, so strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential. No non-local travel is expected. The candidate may occasionally travel to other buildings within the Washington Metro Area for office functions via personally owned vehicle or other means. The AA must have experience with MS Outlook, including the calendar function, and with MS Office. Experience with access request, training and internal travel software are desired but not required; the candidate can learn these systems on the job as needed.
