Design, implement, and manage databases and data delivery systems and transform them into insights, analysis, and reporting. Apply expertise in database design and implementation tools, including entity-relationship data modelling and SQL, distributed computing architectures, operating systems, storage technologies, and memory management and networking for creating structure and value out of complex and ambiguous technical challenges with little guidance. Leverage expertise in structured and unstructured data, streaming and batch data processing, extract, transform, and load (ETL), data wrangling, data ingest, and data access.

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with the operations and maintenance of a solution, focusing on solution troubleshooting, scalability, and performance assessment and reconciling system design against real world implementation
-2+ years of experience with performing systems administration in Windows, Linux, or VMware environments, including installation and configuration, monitoring system performance, availability, and upgrades, using scripting languages to automate tasks and manipulate data, and troubleshooting
-2+ years of experience with developing with a third-generation programming language
-2+ years of experience with leading technical project delivery for large, complex organizations
-Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, and frameworks and federal security authorizations, assessment, and risk management processes for enterprise systems
-Ability to prototype proof of concepts (PoCs) rapidly and author documentation related to Concept of Operations (ConOps), Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Analysis of Courses of Action (CoAs), and technical whitepapers
-Ability to work with senior leaders and executives to foster positive client relationships, while handling multiple assignments and keep track of long running, complex, and multi-staged tasks.
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with architecting, designing, and implementing Cybersecurity systems, solutions, and tools in federal organizations
-Experience with designing, implementing, configuring, and operating Splunk
-Experience with Python or Java
-Experience with Agile SDLC processes
-Experience with a technical aptitude for working in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio
-Knowledge of DevOps
-Knowledge of data science techniques and methodologies
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree in a technical field
-CISSP, Security+, RedHat, Splunk, or related Certifications

Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Candidates must have at least 5+ years of relevant experience with a BS/BA degree preferred
