Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.

Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.

Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements.

Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

May perform business development activities.

Participates in special projects as required.

  • Provide project management support to the assigned Program/Project Manager monitoring budgets, schedules, subcontracting, schedules, and costs.
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of program budgets, contract documents, and technical status reports.
  • Create and update spend plans to forecast program funding requirements and proactively identify at-risk scenarios for management review.
  • Compile contract deliverables: funding summaries, technical reports, travel reports, employee rosters and respond to other data calls as needed.
  • Process purchase requests, tracking status from quote to deliverables
  • Serve as a liaison with Program Manager, Project Manager, customers, vendors, sub-contractors, and other team members in support of assigned contract(s).
  • Participates in meetings to support program objectives.
  • Participates in special projects as required.


Required Qualifications Include:

  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university or six (6) years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Four (4) years of relevant experience supporting finance or business analysis supporting task monitoring, subcontracting, budgets, schedules, and costs
  • Possess current SECRET clearance, or ability to obtain one

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong user of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting programs and their related functions including finance/business analysis
  • Experience supporting a federal agency and using federal applications
