Our work depends on a Project Management Analyst joining our team to support the United States Army Medical Material Development Activity (USAMMDA).

The Analyst will support the following tasks:

  • Provide project support (organize, track, and monitor multiple assigned projects) to the assigned Division/Project Management Office (PMO), to include the Director/Project Manager (PjM), Deputy Director/PjM, Branch Chiefs and staff members
  • Provide programmatic support to include but not limited to preparing various programmatic documentation, reports, briefings, and other information papers in coordination with other functional areas such as cybersecurity, finance, contracting, engineering, budgeting, logistics, testing, clinical trial, regulatory, etc
  • Setup meetings by managing Microsoft outlook schedules, attend product meetings, and prepare minutes
  • Track progress against timelines and milestones, and report metrics. 
  • Support numerous efforts and effectively prioritize and multi-tasking requirements that have a direct impact on the product portfolio
  • Use good time-management skills in order to manage and support multiple activities/meetings
  • Use various Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Participates in special projects as required


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Science, or a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Possess some level of DoD acquisition experience
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Ability to obtain T1 (Public Trust)
