The Administrative Assistant Ill is responsible for the end-to-end enrollment process, including advertisement of courses, enrollment confirmation, student reminders, waitlist management, processing special system accesses, no show follow up, post course evaluations and data metric/analysis reporting. They will collaborate with instructors on the coordination of classroom set up/tear down and production/consolidation of course materials. The AA Ill will provide a multitude of services in direct support of attendance metrics, data entry, and analysis using applications such as the internal training software, sponsor reporting software, Microsoft Sharepoint and the Microsoft Office suite. The candidate is expected to engage with customers and display tact and decorum in communication with various audience types and levels. Occasionally, the candidate may provide support to VIP visitors and senior level staff. The candidate must be able to multitask and prioritize to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The office administrators provide support across two interconnected sponsor buildings in the Chantilly area. Core hours for the position are 8: 00-4:30. The candidate is expected to be flexible with their schedules as some tasks require work until 5:00pm. Tasks include a substantial amount of daily walking between spaces, distributing mail and classroom materials with the use of a cart, and arranging classroom furniture (on wheels).
