Conducting assessments/audits and providing recommendations and support to ensure the customer’s web pages and applications are compliant with all required government standards.
Supports one or more projects.
Applies judgment in tailoring and adapting the QA program for each project helping to develop and improve standard operating procedure and/or deciding when it may be appropriate to deviate from standard operating procedures.
Performs QA activities associated with project outputs.
Participates in and tracks QA activities.
Reports on QA activities and maintains a project file with QA artifacts.
Conducts process audits and reports on process adherence.
Provides operational assistance to project and works with project and QA management to identify and resolve quality issues determining whether it will meet the individual customer’s unique standards and expectations.
Assess programs/projects to identify areas of concern/risks/process deficiencies through the conduct of process audits and observations.
Provide operational assistance and mentoring to assigned projects to address and resolve actions necessary for process compliance.
Determine specific or implied project/contractual requirements for QA review and/or certification of work products/deliverables.
Works with Director, OA&QA and project managers to recommend and implement necessary changes to the QA Program and the project.
Participates in and supports process improvement initiatives.
Adapts company QA program to meet the requirements and needs of the specific business area and specific project.
Required Skills / Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience in conducting document control and quality in a regulatory environment.
Desired Skills / Experience
Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Experience implementing and configuring DevOps solutions.
Experience with querying databases using SQL.
Proven track record as a self-learner keeping current with the latest techniques including automated testing and continuous integration.
8570 Compliance, IAT Level II certification
Active TS/SCI clearance
Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph
The likely salary range for this position is $77,200 - $115,800, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
