At least 10 years total and/or combined experience with logistics and transportation
Prior experience working directly with our primary customer, either through employment and/or contract affiliation
Prior experience managing large and complex services programs
Manage cost, schedule, risks, and technical performance of a primarily 1099 (Independent Contractor) workforce
Proactive staffing for surge, heavy workloads and vacant positions
Produce metrics that convey trends and burn rates that impact funding, efficiencies, and timeliness of project completion and quality of deliverables
Work closely with the Customer program staff, COTR, CO and GDIT personnel to identify requirements and adjust resources to ensure delivery, oversight and control
Hire new employees and/or 1099s, identify training needs, ensure cross-training, use performance management tools to assess, recognize and retain existing staff
Prepare/Maintain PMP, Status Reports, PMRs and other reviews and reports - MCSR, Risk Management Plan, and Training Plans
