At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Project/Program Analyst supporting the HOM Portfolio/Program, you will be critical for day to day subcontractor billing support and project and cost analysis.

  • Processes requests and changes for all subcontractor staffing procurement actions.
  • Serves as primary project administrator for the subcontractor time keeping system.
  • Works with subcontracts team to help provide change orders for all time and materials subcontractors.
  • Generates recurring reports for cost and labor expenditures monitoring.
  • Provides ongoing data analysis and monitoring for financial and cost information.
  • May provide PMO reporting and support functions as assigned by management.
  • Works on an energetic and complex team in a dynamic environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • 0 to 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Experience with intermediate excel functionality, such as complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.
  • Requires ability to pass CMS background check and meet the residency requirement for having resided in the US at least (3) three out of the last (5) five years.
  • Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance if required.
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered for this position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience as a financial analyst for a defense contractor.
  • Prior experience with Earned Value Management.
  • Prior experience with subcontracts administration/management.
  • Prior experience as a project coordinator.
