At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Project Integrator supporting the customer, you will be trusted to execute multi-faced programs that support dynamic mission sets. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Supporting the Sponsor’s data repository workflow with respect to records, policy management, and coordination of upgrades to XML vocabularies related to finished intelligence production and dissemination functions
  • Representing equities of the mission Sponsor to the broader publication-production application environment by coordinating extensions of data transport to downstream analytics teams
  • Collaborating with end users, and eliciting and understanding their IT requirements for incorporation in the Sponsor’s environment
  • Strengthening collaboration and partnership between the Sponsor, it’s software development partner, and end users throughout the community


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years related experience or relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with supporting flagship-level user application development
  • Demonstrated experience user engagement and eliciting production and workflow requirements including organizing TEMs and maintaining communications among stakeholders
  • Experience working in and managing requirements in an Agile environment
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively in a dynamic team environment and with technical and non-technical officers
  • Experience in creating, drafting, and reviewing program documentation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and offering suggestions for concept development, systems specifications, technical exchange, requirements generation, metrics, and deployment decisions
  • Demonstrated experience testing end-to-end requirements in applications for operational deployment
  • Demonstrated working level understanding of the Sponsor’s Project Management Framework (PMF)
  • Demonstrated experience working with the Sponsor’s development partner organization
  • Demonstrated experience working with IC agencies for application adoption activities
  • Demonstrated experience and familiarity with the Sponsor’s technologies, specifically tools and applications that support finished intelligence production
  • Demonstrated experience working in an IC all-source analytic environment
  • Demonstrated experience or knowledge of the Sponsor’s analytic mission needs and operations

Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more high profile contract programs.

Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).

Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.

Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

Interacts regularly with high-level customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

Performs business development activities.

Participates in special projects as required.

May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts, and may have supervisory responsibilities.

May serve as a mentor to less experienced analysts.

May serve as team or task lead. (Not a people manager)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 10+ years of experience
